Angela Piazza is a visual artist and Photographer. She is based in Los Angeles, California.

She considers herself lucky to have grown up in and around the creatively inspiring city of Angels. In her youth, she established an artistic background in classical voice, modern, lyrical, and tap dance, and theatre. She went on to study Media Arts Production at Emerson College in Boston, MA. The visual art she creates is ethereal, lyrical, layered, and earthy and is inspired by her diverse artistic experience.

Artist Statement

Light is always changing and that mesmerizes me. The inexhaustible variety of life enchants me. I am both a poetic documentarian of the world and a visual designer of what our world could be. People are richly and beautifully complex, and I seek to gently elevate the stories they carry in their eyes or the stories they seek to actualize. Much of my work as a photographer comes alongside the photos I create. Portraiture is about genuine human connection. It is about creating an environment of comfort and trust to enable the true magic of flowing with my subjects. It is within this space of faith that truth can be achieved and art can prosper.
